Our experience at Braci was probably one of our most memorable meals and the food served was truly deserving of its Michelin star. Would highly recommend getting the seven course menu as there were so many more elements in our dinner incorporated that made it all the more special. Flavours were all very well balanced and overall we left feeling very satisfied.
Cosy and intimate restaurant. The 7 course is quite heavy so best to just nibble on their bread. Some memorable dish was the wrapped pasta with shaved abalone core. Also the 100 years old vinegar. The chocolate dessert could be improved. Service was efficient but patchy. Suffered an incident when the wine glass was tipped over by the staff and my whole shirt was drenched. In such a case, perhaps the service recovery could have been better.

Braci was on my list of restaurants to visit for over 4 years and I must say that it was worth the wait. It is no surprise that Braci has retained its Michelin 1 star for 6 consecutive years. The menu was a progressive one which is definitely inspired by Chef Mattie’s Italian roots. There are 2 choices for people (5 course and 7 course). I would suggest people to go for the 7 course as the additional dishes in the 7 course meal are worth it. One of my favourite parts of the experience was trying out the 100 yr old balsamic vinegar.
If you’re not taking the wine pairing, I would strongly recommend folks to try out a few of their cocktails, esp. their Negroni (one of the most unique ones I’ve had)
Service was good. The restaurant is able to cater to some food allergies (like my shellfish allergy).
A definite recommendation for fine dining lovers.
Location was not to my liking.
Great staff very welcoming and accomodating to our strict dietary restrictions.
They had to make a menu from scratch for us which gives them bonus points.
Food quality was amazing and the ingredients exquisite.
However, the taste of the food was confusing and frankly bland at times.
But i cannot judge the restaurant fairly as i did not try the actual menu items.
The overall experience is worthy of 1-star Michellin. The main course (duck) is well delivered. The meat is tender, slightly seasoned to go with beet root sauce and condition. I’m not particularly impressed with other dishes, perhaps due to personal preferences. In my humble opinion, they could be better. The under-delivery is their pasta cooked in rib sauce, topped with pork cheek and mushroom. Having been to a few dining establishments of similar privilege, I wish their portion can be bigger to allow a sumptous experience.
nice food nice atmosphere. i tot the service could be more positive. but i still enjoy the experience especially on a chill night in the rooftop. overall quite an expensive experience but they were very nice to add an additional anniversary dessert for us:)
A birthday treat from my wife @ Braci. We had the 7 courses degustation menu.
The service by the server and sommelier was attentive and impeccable 👌 The presentation and plating of the courses were delightful. We were recommended a bottle of Barolo wine, which paired elegantly with our food.
Food wise is where I wished that Google Review would allow a 4.5-star rating. Every dish was intricate, and some dishes gave me an experience of unique flavors - but there is just this lack of oomph! that I was hoping for.
The appetizers - Beautiful, really gets the taste buds going, an incredible start to the dining experience.
Veal Tongue with Salsa Verde - Dazzling presentation that reminds you of the Lombardy Trentino region.
Ossobuco recreation - An interesting take but I felt that the cheese crust overpowered the taste of bone marrow.
The Japanese dish with Caviar - Probably my favorite dish of the evening. The "seafood pasta" was delightful and the sauce was amazing!
Pappardelle with Pork Jus and Crispy Pork Crackers - I love it! It is flavorful and the bits of pork crackers elevate the mouth feel of the dish.
Dry Aged Trevali - My first time eating this fish, it was a delightful dish.
Smoked Duck with Duck Jus - To me, this was slightly disappointing and underwhelming as the last course.
Giusti 100 years Balsamic Vinegar - Amazing and a perfect ending to the dining experience.
While my visit to Braci left me slightly disappointed with the service, the redeeming factor was undeniably the delicious food. The flavors were exquisite, showcasing culinary expertise. Despite minor hiccups, the overall dining experience was a satisfying culinary journey that I would recommend for its delectable offerings.
